Families
When I was little I used to keep my dad's airforce portrait in my backpack in case I missed him while I was at school. My family is small but really close and I wish we'd captured more memories. I think that's why I love family sessions so much now. I love images that feel organic and fun and look like a family at a moment in time.
I love candids and in-home sessions. I love going to the park and apple picking and giving both kids and parents something to look forward to. You want your images to feel like you. And I do too.
I was a secret romantic for a long time. I didn't want anyone to know that I cried at Titanic and that one Halsey song that was everywhere in 2016. And then I fell in love and learned there is pretty much nothing more hopeful and beautiful as placing all your bets on someone.
It's magical and nostalgic and so exciting to see photos of someone who looks at you like you're the only thing in the world.

Weddings
I've been to so many weddings now and I still cry. I fall in love with every couple I shoot, I just can't help it.
What's so funny about shooting weddings is that I'm usually with my brides more than anyone else. More than your best friends or your moms or even your husband! I become a messenger, a seamstress, a confidante, and I don't take that lightly.
Your only job on your wedding day is to be in love and in the moment. My job is to capture the excitement and the memories in the way that your best friends see you.

I grew up developing my own film and prints in my high school darkroom and have been working professionally in NYC and across the northeast for the last nine years.
When people ask about my favorite thing to photograph my answer is always just "people." I love seeing people feel beautiful and commemorate themselves. I love seeing people love each other.

Before I fell in love with love, I started with headshots and branding portraits at City Headshots where I've been our studio manager since 2014. That might be why you're here!
I've been fortunate enough to shoot with companies like Facebook, LinkedIn, American Express, National Geographic, and have work published in Rolling Stone, Billboard Magazine, and CLO Magazine. Doing a rough tally, I've met and worked with over 6,000+ people now, trying to remember everyone's name along the way.
